Man was created by God in his own image
It is said that man was created in the image of God. What does that mean?
One is that we are shaped like a miniature version of God’s figure.
Our bodies have a head and two arms and legs, but the body itself, as a three-dimensional object, is made in the image of God.
This macrocosm is said to be the very body of God. There is a form of the Om universe, and the human body is also created in the shape of that form.
It is said that the shape of the human body is similar to that of the Giant Warrior in “Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind”, though it is too huge for us to grasp the entire universe.
We’ve been given the same creative power as God
And the second thing about human beings being made in the image of God is that we have been given “creative power”.
It is God who created this great universe.
As you can see with just a little imagination, it is a tremendous creative power.
Even though it is not as powerful as God’s, each one of us children of God has been given the same creative power as God, and by focusing our thoughts on a single point, we are able to create many things.
By the thought of love, we can embody our visions by continuing to think and desire strongly to “be there”. It is exactly the same as what God has done in creating this great universe.
It’s given a unique personality
And the third thing is that we have been given “individuality”.
In fact, God also has a personality.
We are living as a part of the Om God Spirit in the universe that He created, but it is said that there are other universes besides the Om universe.
Each universe has its own personality.
It is the individuality of God itself, but just as God has His own individuality, so each of us is given our own individuality.
It is expected that each of us will color this universe by maximizing the individuality given to us by God.
No one being in this universe has the same individuality.
Every child of God has been given a unique personality and role to play.
