Where does “fear” come from?
For example, the fear that one’s position or status will be threatened. Fear of making a mistake and getting angry. In extreme cases, the fear of being killed. These are fears that come from losing what you own, hurting yourself, or damaging your reputation.
There is no fear in heaven. In heaven, there is hope, trust, love, and forgiveness. There is no fear in God’s world.
It is hellish to be fearful and insecure. By nature, we don’t need to be fearful, and if we are fearful of something, it is out of a sense of self-preservation.
When you have a fear, ask yourself, “What am I afraid of?” Then you will realize that there is really nothing to be afraid of. As a child of God, you should be more afraid of lying, attacking others, and shifting blame in order to protect the various things you have.
Fear, in other words, is something you hold on to and can’t let go of, and is born from obsession. When we die, our life doesn’t end, we just leave our body and return to the other world. Therefore, I, for example, believe that there is no need to be obsessed with even our own physical life.
If you let go of all your obsessions one by one, your fears will disappear.
