Immortal Soul, Eternal Life

Eternal Soul

The soul is our true nature

Our physical body contains a part of our soul as a spirit body.

Because the body and the soul usually live in close proximity, we may rarely realize that the body is the soul’s vehicle.

Therefore, many people mistakenly believe that the body is everything and that everything ends when you die. But in fact, this is not the case; we do not die even if the body is burned away. This is because the soul, the energy body of love, is our own form and our original human form.

The body and the soul are separate in nature, and what is called “death” in this world is the breaking of the spirit line that connects the body and the soul, and the separation of the soul from the body.

What dwells in the body

I’m talking about a personal experience, but I was out of my physical body one summer night when I was sleeping on the futon. There was a golden glowing ball-like object floating in the room, and I could feel the sensation that it was watching us warmly.

A few moments later, I was getting sucked back into my own body. Then I could see with my physical eyes that I was in my usual room, but the ball of light that I had seen earlier was no longer entirely visible.

At the time, I didn’t really understand what this experience meant, but I came to understand that apparently humans are other beings that are not physical.

Come to think of it, when I was just twenty years old, I used to think about it a lot. It was, “I want to get out of this heavy body”. Perhaps, deep inside, I knew that I was a being inhabiting a physical body, a soul.

The soul lives on and never dies

The body is the boat that we get into to practice our soul in this world, but in reality, the soul, the consciousness of the soul, is what we really are, and that soul will never die.

It is not that the soul is separate from ourselves, but that the soul is who we are. As a soul we never die; we live forever from the past to the future.

If this is the case, then the way we live will also change. What we strive for will be accumulated as it is. And it will not go to waste. We will not be momentarily driven by our desires in this life.

All of our family and friends who died before us are still alive in the other world, and we can meet them again when we die.

Therefore, it is not necessary to grieve more than you should, although it is true that saying goodbye is painful. It is a temporary goodbye, not an eternal goodbye.
