Your view of life and death determines your happiness
If you find that you rarely feel happy, you may want to review or rethink your views on life and death.
The International Social Survey Program (2008), a survey of religious attitudes in 45 countries around the world, found the following results. The results show that the percentage of people who believe in the afterlife are four times as happy as those who do not believe.
This shows that there is a deep relationship between happiness and the view of life and death.
People who believe that death is the end of everything tend to lose sight of the meaning of life. If everything is going to end one day, it is natural to think that there is no meaning to living in the present, and it is not surprising that they lack motivation and energy to live.
However, this is clearly a mistake. Human beings are not so fleeting that they just blow away and disappear.
When we die, we return to the other world, and there is a continuation to our life. When you die, you just shed your body. Nothing we experience in life is wasted, and no memory is lost.
